The JY Textile Smart Factory's C Workshop will invest 40 million yuan to develop a digitalized factory integrating 5G and industrial Internet technologies. Key focus areas include automating production lines, predictive monitoring of yarn and fabric quality, IoT integration, visual inspection, and robotic systems like palletizing and AGVs. The goal is to enhance production efficiency, quality control, and warehousing, while reducing pollution and emissions, thereby supporting environmental protection and sustainable development.
